I have established a blog, Global Risk Analytics, to document my learning and research as I prepare for a career in Country Risk Management and International Business Strategy Development. My objective is to focus on the application of various country risk factors (Political, Economic, and Financial) and comprehensive country analyses to international business strategy. This blog will cover a broad range of topics, as effective Country Risk Management itself is a product of interdisciplinary study.

In 2011 I completed my Bachelors of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, & Art History at Lynchburg College. During this time I completed several internships in the legal field and also worked as a paralegal for just over 2 years. Deciding against a legal education, I chose to pursuit my MBA at Lynchburg College where I received an academic scholarship and graduate assistantship. Upon graduating in 2012 with my MBA, I began working as an independent IT consultant. My assignments have included: Bank of New York Mellon (New York City), Dimension Data (DC Metro), Navy Federal Credit Union (DC Metro), and CSC: Computer Science Corporation (DC Metro).

In September 2015, I will begin the Master in International Business at Grenoble Ecole de Management where I will continue to research country risk analysis. The program will provide a foundation in international business, which, in combination with my research, I will leverage in my career change. This blog will also serve as a recourse for other professionals in the field to network and share ideas.
